Oh! If you wish to request for a replacement on a product you just purchased, make sure to do so within 5 days of the delivery. Don’t forget to attach an image of the faulty product in your email. 

Allow us the time to process your request, and with a simple verification procedure, we will be happy to replace your product with a fresh one, at the earliest.
